Which plan should I choose?
We offer 3 different plans to suit your needs best.
Flex
Flex is ideal for short term needs, and gives you access to appliances for one household. No sign up fee and $9.95 a week automatically charged every 4 weeks. Swap appliances as it suits you, and take advatange of our free appliance moving service. While the appliances will be in top working order, they will show wear – scratches, marks and other light damage is to be expected. These appliances get moved around alot and are no longer suitable to be sent to Loyalty and Value customers. Expect delivery within 5 business days, with longer wait times for after hours or weekend deliveries.
Loyalty
Loyalty comes with all of the perks of Flex. Loyalty is our most popular plan and comes with a sign up fee of $269, then $4.95 a week – Cheaper than Flex if you’re looking for an appliance solution a year or longer, and comes with a money back gaurantee if you’re not happy with the appliance condition on delivery. You’ll get priority delivery within 2 business days unless you need it after hours or weekend delivery. Your appliances will be in very good cosmetic condition, and where we can, we will upgrade you to newer models or more optioned models. Don’t expect new appliances – because they won’t be – but you can expect minimal damage and overall very good condition. It makes sense for us to send you our better quality appliances, they are most likely to be damaged while moved – so sending them to our Loyalty and Value customers keeps them in their best condition for longer. You’ll also get $150 spoilt food protection included as well as $500 washing machine flood protection as outlined in our terms and conditions. Finally we also offer Special orders so if you want something we don’t have we can get it in for you.
Value
Value comes with all of the benefits of Flex and Value. Value has a $499 sign up fee and a weekly fee of $2.50 and is for those who see themselves sticking around for three years or longer. For our Value customers we always strive to provide the best appliances we have available in our warehouse.
