If you’re not happy with what we deliver, you can reject them on delivery for a full refund. We are very motivated to keep our customers happy, because if we don’t, they can cancel anytime!

Once you’ve completed your order we’ll be in touch within a few hours to organise delivery. We generally have your order delivered within 48 hours, but it can take up to three days if we’re really busy. After hours and weekend delivery are no problem if you need the job done after work. If you have any old or unwanted appliances we can usually remove them free of charge as long as they’re reasonably accessible.
*We offer free delivery to the inner suburbs of Melbourne. We service the outer and far outer suburbs for a delivery fee from $30 to $80 depending on distance. We charge a $50 fee if appliance(s) needs to be carried to a second storey, and you are unable to help our driver carry it up. The easiest way to check delivery fees to your suburb is to add a membership and any other product to your cart. Enter your postcode into the shipping calculator in the cart.
When you’re ready to give the appliances back, simply cancel your subscription online. We’ll then call you to organise collection. Please note the end date as we do not prorate. You can keep the appliance right up to this date if you want. We need at least a week to organise collection, so please don’t leave cancellation to the last minute!
